I must state that i know nothing much about stamps, my main Goal is just to buy and resell, just to make a litle profit and to pay my Bills, and Feed my Children.

I Do not and could not tell you just how Old a stamp is, i do not know if a stamp is Rare, if they have Faults, Errors of any kind, if they have any real Values, ect.. i Just buy and resell. However i do know that the Welsh Labels are collectible,ie, the Horizon Machin labels, as i have sold enough of these, but i could not tell if any of these are Fake, ,i can only say all the labels ive sold i have obtained from other sellers and from envelopes delivered to my door..

Stamps i sell is for those who want to buy them from me at reasonable Prices... All prices found here are a BUY-IT-Now Prices and TAX is included at this time, but sometime in the future Tax will be added as a separate Tax item.

RARE WHITE 1st Class Welsh 2003 Label without SLITS, Could be Original or Fake.???

Possible a Very RARE Label, or a limited test label White (FEB 2003) White Label.
Though it has no Security slits on the label, the label size is 64x72mm and not the 59x65mm size as the white labels with the security slits. norvic told me the other white labels with no slits was the same size as the ones with the slits, being 59x65mm,meaning this could of been a Test Label to see if they worked in there machines, it Could of caused some problems being a littler bigger so they went to the smaller size labels.

There is also that chance that if the label was never used, then it could be a possible Fake, but we cant be sure, as Royal mail have used different labels in the past and not let the public know about these, so, for now you are offering or buying this label as is, a possible Original on a different type label or a possible Fake.? Who knows what it is. ???

I was going to Ebay this, but was a little concerned about this label, so for now i am going to list it up on my shop so if anyone is interested, then go there, The Price is kind of hard to think of, but i am willing to take offers on this label and sell the the highest,as be it could be a 1-off label,or they only printed a very few on this label, it could be very rare,more rare than other items i have had. So im looking at a starting offer of £25..Ive sold other white labels at well over £35, so £25 i think is a good start.
